Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are non-refundable unless caused by extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, site closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date.
